Our client is a highly regarded civil litigation law firm with offices across San Francisco, West Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Napa Valley. They are currently seeking talented civil litigation defense attorneys/associates to join their dynamic and supportive team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for licensed California attorneys to develop their litigation skills in a team-oriented and enjoyable environment while handling a variety of civil defense cases. As part of the litigation team, you will be actively involved in:
- Court appearances, including hearings and trials.
- Drafting and responding to pleadings and motions.
- Conducting discovery and depositions.
- Leading mediations and preparing for pre-trial and trial proceedings.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure success.
Requirements
Active California Bar license.
Minimum of 1 year of post-bar experience, with interest in developing litigation skills.
