📌 About the Role

Toyota's Legal Department is seeking a Consumer Litigation Document Assistant to support the litigation team handling warranty and lemon law matters. This role focuses on gathering, organizing, and transmitting documents needed for lawsuits, working closely with case managers and outside counsel.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Pull customer and vehicle documents from internal systems

• Update and maintain legal case files

• Send collected documents to outside counsel for litigation purposes

• Communicate with external attorneys to provide background or additional information

• Assist with special discovery-related projects as needed

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills - able to handle high-volume workloads

• Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal oversight

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through

• Effective communication skills to interact with internal teams and outside counsel

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting litigation teams or legal case managers

• Familiarity with legal administrative support, legal documentation, and document management systems
