Litigation Practice Assistant (Newport Beach)

HERS Advisors have partnered with a major multinational law firm who are looking for a Litigation Practice Assistant to work in their Orange County, California office (hybrid). This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of the firm!

Requirements for a Litigation Practice Assistant:

• 4+ years of litigation experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
• Experience with document management systems.
• Experience with electronic signature software programs.
• California state and federal court experience is required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
