Real Estate Associate Attorney - Midlevel

Perkins Coie is seeking a midlevel real estate associate to join our Real Estate & Land Use practice group in the Seattle or Bellevue office.  We are seeking 3-5 years of relevant transactional real estate experience.  The successful candidate is also required to have an excellent law school academic record, superior legal writing and drafting skills, and an enthusiasm for the practice of real estate law.  Successful candidates will also demonstrate an attention to detail, strong work ethic, commitment to client service, and an ability to work well in a team environment.  Our Real Estate & Land Use practice focuses on acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, construction & development, financing, and real estate investment across a wide variety of property types and industry sectors.

Compensation range: $260,000 to $365,000. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
