Duties:
• Conduct title review and resolution for real estate transactions.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on real estate matters.
• Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, deeds, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in real estate closings.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.
• Handle negotiations and resolve issues that may arise during transactions.
• Perform legal research and analysis related to real estate law.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and responsiveness.

• Expertise with title review and resolution.
• Minimum of three years of strong experience in real estate law and industry knowledge
• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
• Licensed Notary public
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
