
The salary for this position ranges between 130,000- 150,000 depending on experience, with a 10% bonus opportunity.

This is how you WOW:
- Review, draft, and negotiate various types of commercial contracts, including sales, service, and leasing.
- Route contracts and maintain, from a legal perspective, our Contract Lifecycle Management System (ContractPodAI)
- Provide legal support to procurement teams regarding the purchase of goods and services.
- Conduct due diligence on business initiatives and advise on marketing and promotional materials.
- Maintain knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to Company businesses.
- Assist in the management of litigation and other special projects as needed.
- Work with outside counsel on a full range of activities.
- Intellectual Property filings and technology licensing.
- Learn about and assist in the management of the Company’s Compliance program.
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
- Law degree from an ABA accredited law school and admitted to a state bar in good standing.
- 3+ years of relevant working experience as a qualified lawyer or in-house legal counsel or advising for-profit businesses.
- Experience with corporate law and corporate governance.
- Experience with compliance matters.
- Experience in commercial contract negotiation.
- Ability to interact effectively and work in partnerships across business units in a matrixed organization.
- Unwavering moral/ethical convictions – success in this position requires the candidate to demonstrate the highest level of trust and discretion.
- Desire and ability to manage people
- Experience in a manufacturing company or other direct business experience. A strong candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or industrial engineering or other technical background.
- Legal experience advising international clients with US manufacturing operations
