What You’ll Do

• Represent clients in complex commercial and corporate disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder matters, and business torts.

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery while managing cases through all stages of litigation.

• Handle depositions, hearings, and trial preparation with increasing responsibility.

• Partner with clients to develop case strategies that deliver results.

What You’ll Bring

• 2–5 years of litigation experience, ideally with commercial or corporate cases.

• Licensed and in good standing with the Pennsylvania bar.

• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

• Strong academic credentials and law firm training.

• Pennsylvania bar admission (or ability to waive in).
