Ansell is looking for a Legal Intern to join our team in MetroPark! Our Summer Internship Program will run on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in our Iselin, NJ Corporate office from June through August.   

 

In this position you will play a vital role in supporting Ansell’s lean and sophisticated US-based legal team in delivering high value, timely and cost-effective legal and compliance services to Ansell’s management

What your role will be? 

Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Associate Director, Senior Counsel, you will have the opportunity to\:  

  • Assist and support the law department on transactional and litigation, matters throughout the Americas, as well as corporate affairs globally 
  • Support the review, drafting, and revision of contracts, corporate policies and corporate minutes with guidance from Ansell’s in-house counsel
  • Assist with North American corporate governance matters, including interacting with vendors and maintenance of Ansell’s corporate minutes books.
  • Assist with global compliance matters as well as help to prepare the fiscal year-end compliance report for the Ansell Board of Directors.
  • Assist with M&A, financings and other strategic transactions
  • Assist with the management of Ansell’s contract lifecycle management system and other legal operations projects
