Hybrid Litigation Attorney

We are seeking an exceptional Litigation Attorney to join our renowned California toxic tort team (focus on asbestos and talc cases). The position requires you to manage cases throughout all phases of litigation including preparing for trial. Excellent oral and written advocacy skills are a must.

This position is hybrid with flexibility on in office vs. remote days. 

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of defense litigation experience
• Hands-on experience taking a case file from inception through completion
• Knowledge of products liability, toxic tort, and/pr general liability law preferred
• Trial experience
• Must be admitted to practice in CA
