- Summary of Position
Under general supervision, the purpose of the job is to provide a variety of office support. Employees in this classification provide general information about court procedures and citations.

- Greets visitors and responds to questions regarding court procedures; provides information and materials; accepts payment.
- Prepare and submit attorney listing on a weekly basis
- Prepares and files a variety of documents.
- Verifies insurance coverage presented to the court office and files closed court document cases in the municipal court.
- Balances and deposits court fines, fees, bonds and miscellaneous cash receipts.
- Processes daily mail and maintains mail log
- Returns phone calls from Defendants as needed.
- Adhere to all judicial orders, state laws, and cannons from the Code of Ethics
- Interacts professionally and respectfully with the public, coworkers and others in the course of daily work.
- Regular and timely attendance are required for this position.
- Performs related duties as directed when such duties are a logical and appropriate assignment to the position.
- Minimum Qualifications
- Requires High School diploma or GED equivalent supplemented by one (1) year of clerical or customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
