Job Description
Rivkin Radler is seeking associates to join our Insurance Fraud & Recovery Group in Uniondale, Long Island office. Position Requirements: Excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills, and a commitment to handling challenging and demanding litigation work. Insurance and/or healthcare fraud experience a plus. Associate will be responsible for all aspects of investigation and litigation in both state and federal courts. Hybrid Hours: Minimum 3 days a week in office. 2 days a week remotely. Congenial fast paced environment, we offer competitive salary and benefits. EOE. The annualized salary range for this position is $120,000 to $125,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
