Job Description

Trueline's client, a prominent law firm in Southern California, is seeking a Senior Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join their team in Orange County or San Diego. This remote position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to leverage their expertise and grow their career.


What You'll Do as the Senior Real Estate Litigation Attorney:

  • Spearhead real estate litigation cases from initial assessment through appeal
  • Craft innovative litigation strategies and lead settlement negotiations
  • Provide expert legal counsel on intricate real estate laws and transactions
  • Create and review critical legal documents for real estate matters
  • Expand client relationships and contribute to firm growth through strategic business development


You'll Succeed as the Senior Real Estate Litigation Attorney if you Have:

  • A Juris Doctor degree and active membership with the California State Bar
  • Minimum 5 years of specialized experience in real estate litigation
  • A substantial book of business (valued at $400,000+)
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and advocacy skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • A passion for community engagement and relationship building
  • Experience working in a remote environment
