The Opportunity
We're seeking a seasoned litigator who enjoys both real courtroom work and creative problem-solving. You will lead complex commercial and real estate disputes with direct client interaction and a voice in litigation and trial strategy.
What You'll Do
Take charge of a robust real estate litigation caseload
Craft and execute litigation strategy-motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, trial prep
Pursue early resolution when possible
Build lasting relationships with sophisticated clients
What You Bring
California Bar, active and in good standing
7+ years litigation experience with real estate exposure preferred
Confident handling depositions, law & motion, and client communications independently
