Remote, Contract -based South Carolina Corporate/Transactional Attorney Opportunity - 10+ Hours/Week

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated South Carolina -based Corporate/Transactional Attorney.

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10 hours per week.

Attorney Requirements:
<\/div>

<\/div>

- Must be licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of South Carolina
<\/div>

- Minimum of 4 years in corporate/transactional law practice
<\/div>

- Strong research and writing skills
<\/div>

- Well -organized
<\/div>

- Proven ability to meet deadlines
<\/div>

- Self -starter and able to work independently
<\/div>

<\/div>

Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.
