What you’ll do

• Manage your own caseload from start to finish
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
• Conduct and defend depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and trials
• Collaborate with partners, clients, and experts to shape winning strategies
• Deliver clear communication and strong advocacy every step of the way

What you’ll bring

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission to the Connecticut State Bar (or eligible via UBE score)
• 3–8 years of civil litigation experience, ideally in insurance defense or related fields
• Confidence drafting and arguing dispositive motions
• Strong research, analytical, and client communication skills
• A proactive mindset and the ability to balance autonomy with collaboration
