Job Description:

This role resides within the CFO – Global Financial Controls Group and will support all day-to-day activities in regards to enterprise-wide Service Fee Arrangements, Reg W Governance and Enterprise Policy. We are seeking a highly motivated individual for this position seeking to expand their knowledge and expertise.   This role will have the opportunity to work with Finance and LOB teams across the enterprise and strengthen our ongoing intercompany service billing process, Reg W governance and Policy.   The role will work with technology partners on maintenance and enhancements to the Service Agreement Database and will partner with the Enterprise Inter-affiliate Services team to ensure the accurate and timely response to terminated, amended or new arrangements. Other responsibilities include, but will not be limited to, the remediation of audit issues, the development and testing of Service Agreement Database enhancements and the execution and identification of process improvement initiatives as well as Reg W governance and Policy.  Strong analytical skills with a good ability to communicate crisply about complex topics is important. This position is responsible for analysis, interpretation, and documentation of service fee arrangements, service pricing, and tax transfer pricing reporting and monitoring activities across the enterprise.  

Responsibilities:

  • Completes and reviews month-end close activities
  • Executes internal control activities
  • Prepares and reviews schedules for internal and/or external reporting
  • Participates in process improvement initiatives
  • Accurate and timely execution of enterprise wide Service Fee Arrangement requests
  • Ensuring Regulatory compliance for Reg W 23B
  • Thorough tracking and document retention to satisfy Audit requirements
  •  Perform quarterly attestations for Reg W population of existing Service Fee Arrangements
  • Assist in the remediation of outstanding audit issues
  • Manage and support various enterprise-wide issues and activities
  • Calculate and record service fee income and expense for major service fee types
  • Coordinate and enhance enterprise annual service pricing process
  • Support legal entity shared expense allocations across the enterprise 
  • Reg W governance preparation includes monthly Reg W Governance Committee and quarterly CFO Risk Committee
  • Enterprise Reg W Policy maintenance and updating process
  • Reg W enterprise issues management

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance-related
  • Have a minimum of 8+ years of Finance/accounting or services experience with a large corporation
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to partner across the organization to achieve goals
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
