Bilingual Employment Law Litigation Paralegal – Onsite 

The award-winning Wilhite Law Firm is hiring a bilingual (Spanish/English) Employment Law Litigation Paralegal for a full-time, on-site position in the Denver Metropolitan Area. 

In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to attorneys by assisting with legal research, document preparation, client and witness interviews, case organization, and trial preparation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced paralegal with a strong background in employment law litigation to join a dynamic legal team. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting pleadings, motions, affidavits, interrogatories, and other legal documents 
• Conduct legal research and analysis of statutes, regulations, judicial decisions, and legal articles 
• Interview clients and witnesses, summarizing statements for case files 
• Maintain and organize case files, evidence, exhibits, depositions, and pleadings 
• Support attorneys in trial preparation, including attending hearings and trials as needed 
• Track billable hours and maintain detailed records 
• Perform additional duties as assigned 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• Bilingual in Spanish/English (REQUIRED) 
• Strong understanding of employment law litigation, legal terminology, and court procedures 
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills 
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities 
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment 
• Strong confidentiality, discretion, and judgment 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research platforms 

Education & Experience: 

• ABA-approved paralegal certificate (Associate’s degree, proprietary school program, or Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies preferred) 
• 2-5 years of experience in employment law litigation under attorney supervision 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish 

Physical Requirements: 

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer 
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed 

Compensation & Benefits: 

Salary: $60,000 – $72,000  

Onsite – Denver Metro Area
