POSITION OVERVIEW

Summer Intern for the Exteriors Legal Department, will support various legal, compliance, regulatory and trade & customs matters as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Document review and data management under the supervision of in-house attorneys. Tracking compliance with Magna’s code of conduct and ethics policies, developing ways to train employees and promote compliance awareness. Help document regulatory compliance. Assist with data collection and support for goods crossing borders in North America.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Some related experience preferred

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

· High School Diploma

· Currently Attending a College or University or Law School

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:

· Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:

· Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer.
