Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant to support attorneys in a fast-paced law firm environment. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong communication and technical skills, capable of managing multiple priorities with efficiency and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to litigation attorneys, including but not limited to drafting correspondence, dictation, time entry, and billing.
  • Manage calendars and schedules, including coordinating meetings and appointments on-site and off-site.
  • Screen and manage incoming calls with professionalism and discretion.
  • Handle electronic and paper document management, including scanning, organizing, and filing legal documents.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and engagement letters using current technology platforms.
  • Assist with monthly credit card reconciliation and process attorney expense reimbursements accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a legal administrative or litigation support role.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Prior experience supporting multiple attorneys in a litigation practice.
  • Familiarity with legal billing, timekeeping, and document management software systems, including TABS and NetDocs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting attorneys in either litigation private practice or corporate environment.
  • Paralegal experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
