As a Tax Attorney, you’ll work directly with firm partners and top-tier clients to lead sophisticated tax and business transactions—without the bureaucracy of larger firms. Your contributions will be front and center, and your voice will matter on every deal.
- Represent high-profile clients in complex transactions.
- Partner with the tax practice group on federal tax planning, significant transactions, & controversy matters.
- Collaborate closely with partners and leadership in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
- Help build and grow a best-in-class tax law team.
- Fiercely competitive, self-directing, and self-starting.
- Fast-paced multi-tasker who loves being under pressure and drives initiatives with intensity and urgency.
- Fearless and decisive, not hesitating to initiate contact with and pursue new prospects without referrals.
- Passionate about leading, directing, coaching, growing, and developing teams.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a law firm or accounting firm.
- Must be licensed or able to become licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio.
