
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a highly qualified Contract Attorney with 5+ years of legal experience and active licenses to practice law in the United States and England or France. The ideal candidate will be based in the United States, preferably in Denver, CO, and possess expertise in general corporate law and hospitality law. This role will support our international legal needs, focusing on commercial agreements, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
You will report directly to the General Counsel of Exclusive Resorts, LLC, working closely with leadership to ensure legal alignment across global operations within our portfolio of companies.
The expected time commitment is 20–30 hours per week, offering flexibility while maintaining consistent engagement with key legal initiatives. We have a portfolio company with headquarters that are in London, so flexibility in work hours is critical.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, consumer contracts, and service contracts
o Advise on corporate governance, entity formation, and restructuring across U.S., U.K., and French jurisdictions
o Provide legal support for hospitality-related matters, including property management agreements, guest policies, and operational compliance
o Conduct legal research and risk analysis for cross-border transactions and regulatory issues
o Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to ensure legal consistency across markets
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
o J.D. or equivalent legal degree from an accredited institution
o Licensed to practice law in the United States and England or France
o Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, with a preference for experience in hospitality law
o Strong understanding of international contract law and regulatory frameworks
o Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
o Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
o Fluent in English; proficiency in French is desirable
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
o Prior in-house or law firm experience supporting multinational hospitality or travel brands
o Familiarity with GDPR, AML, and other international compliance regimes
o Experience working with luxury hospitality services or property management platforms
o Familiarity with short-term transient use regulatory schemes globally
