Starting salary is $63,180.Qualifications:Required Education and Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time experience in a business or law firm setting; or
2. Associate’s degree and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time experience in a business or law firm setting.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

The following experience is preferred: (i) drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts; (ii) working in a health care, academic, or government entity setting; (iii) other relevant drafting experience; (iv) familiarity with privacy and security rules and regulations; (v) performing work related to observational or clinical research; (v) licensing or other intellectual property related work; and (vi) working within a contract management system.
