Position Overview

Omega Law Group is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our marketing department through administrative tasks.  Ideal candidates are proactive, organized, and eager to contribute to a dynamic legal marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling and phone management
• Handle outgoing mail for clients and vendors
• Maintain and update customer email lists for accuracy and consistency
• Support the marketing team in planning and coordination of events
• Assist with settlement checks and going to the bank when needed
• Research opportunities to increase brand awareness and visibility
• Assist in creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Administration or Marketing
• Proven excellent customer service skills and ability to be flexible, a team player, and interface professionally with all levels of internal and external customers
