The Paralegal ensures accuracy, efficiency, and organization across legal operations and serves as a key partner in enabling the business to operate smoothly within regulatory and contractual frameworks.

  • Manage the corporate entity maintenance, contract lifecycle, including intake, tracking, execution, filing, and database maintenance.

  • Maintain a contracts calendar to track deadlines, expirations, and renewal notices, proactively alert stakeholders of key dates.

  • Support attorneys in negotiations by gathering background information, preparing drafts, and coordinating with business stakeholders.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining contract templates and playbooks for consistency and efficiency.

  • Maintain legal department records, filing systems, and databases (both electronic and physical).

  • Coordinate signatures, notarizations, and apostilles as required.

  • Manage vendor onboarding.

  • Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations for the Legal team and leadership.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including scheduling, travel logistics, and expense reconciliation for Legal team members.

What You Will Bring

  • 5+ years of paralegal experience (preferably with 2-3 yrs of law firm experience and 2-3 yrs of in-house experience). Supply chain and/or IP-driven industry experience is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of contract management, corporate governance, and compliance requirements.

  • Experience supporting multiple entities across multi-state or international jurisdictions.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with business partners and external counsel.
