Are you an experienced foreclosure attorney looking to join a dynamic legal team with flexibility and a strong tech-driven workflow? Avant Tech is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing law firm seeking a New York-barred attorney to support its foreclosure practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal pleadings: Complaints, Orders, Motions
• Represent clients in court: Hearings, mediations, settlement conferences
• Collaborate with supervising attorneys, appearance counsel, and business units
• Advise clients on case strategy and legal directives
• Manage escalated cases and ensure updates in client systems
• Coordinate appearances and represent client interests with integrity

Qualifications:

• Active member of the New York Bar (in good standing)
• JD from an accredited law school
• 3–5 years of foreclosure or lender-side litigation experience
• Strong legal drafting and oral advocacy skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and case management software
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Must be willing to travel for court appearances in New York
