Job Description

POSITION: MARKETING INTERN

TYPE: Part-Time 

LOCATION: In office 

 

SPECIFIC AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Create engaging and relevant content using blog posts, social media posts, and emails.
  • Increase social media engagement by increasing followers, likes, shares, and social media reach.
  • Support lead generation efforts set by the marketing division.
  • Manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and complete assigned projects.
  • Propose innovative marketing ideas and strategies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our firm's legal services, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, and email marketing.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, target demographics, and industry trends. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
  • Support the creation and editing of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, blog posts, website content, and press releases.
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of our firm's website, ensuring that content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engine visibility.
  • Monitor and engage with our firm's social media channels, including posting updates, responding to comments and inquiries, and monitoring social media analytics.
  • Help plan and coordinate events and seminars, including logistics, invitations, and attendee follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assist with tracking and analyzing marketing campaign performance using analytics tools, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand industry trends, benchmarking, and best practices. Stay informed about the latest marketing trends and tools.
  • Support the marketing team in administrative tasks, such as organizing marketing materials, maintaining marketing databases, and coordinating with external vendors.

 

SKILLS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
  • Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Detailed oriented
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to represent the firm in a polished and professional manner.
