ATTORNEYS' TITLE FUND SERVICES    

**This is an in-office position located in Orlando, FL.**

In this role, you will

Perform duties to monitor and maintain accounting records for commercial escrow operations, provide backup support to Escrow Services Supervisor, and promote services of the Escrow Operations Department.

Some of the daily tasks you will accomplish:

  • Be responsible for accuracy and completeness of disbursements and incoming funds, ensuring files balance and verifying disbursements.
  • Be responsible for ensuring the file balances before disbursements are made, ensure disbursements are made to proper parties reflected in the title commitment and closing statements.
  • Must be able to independently make time-sensitive choices in matters that have a significant financial impact on the Company during the closing process.
  • Review incoming Escrow and 1031 Exchange agreement documentation and abide by terms and requirements. Receive, balance, and disburse funds pursuant to agreement and instructions, and issue documentation to appropriate county for recording.
  • Ensure compliance with the Company’s escrow procedures.
  • Professionally and diplomatically handle and resolve any complaints or disputes surrounding the funding of closing transactions.
  • Ability to work core business hours Monday – Friday. Hours may fluctuate as business needs require, and overtime may be needed as requested by the manager.

Experience required:  1-2 years of experience in a commercial escrow department preferred; may consider residential escrow. Legal, real estate, title, or mortgage experience preferred.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
