Consultant - Attorney (Contract Review)

We are looking for a long-term consultant to review various ordinary course contracts (including event, vendor and procurement agreements). This consultant will work remotely for the number of hours per week needed to keep pace with the flow of incoming agreements. We anticipate this will be up to ten hours per week.

In this role, you will

• Manage the end-to-end review, markup and negotiation process for event, vendor and procurement agreements from initial receipt through final sign off
• Track and manage multiple contracts simultaneously
• Negotiate contractual terms based on internal standards

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal contracts review related role required
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail required
• Strong computer skills including Word and Outlook required
• Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future.
