Job Description

The Office of the General Counsel is seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our team. The intern will assist with department project initiatives, document management reviews related to contracts, and support daily operations and administrative tasks.

You will be trusted to:

- Assist with document reviews to identify active and inactive contacts.
- Assist with departmental initiatives to buildout dashboards via Power BI and/or document management system for contracts, and budget expenditures.
- Assist with the contract build tool during the TEST environment phase to identify any issues prior to going live.
- Assist with day to day operations as needed.

You qualify with:

- Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent.
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program in junior year or has completed junior year and will be starting senior year.

You are a great fit with:

- Familiar with Office 365 suite (word, excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Familiar with Exchange email
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Eager to learn and contribute to the team and able to adapt to a professional environment
- Willing to consider applicants in their junior and senior year.
