We are seeking a positive and flexible Legal Intern who will perform a range of responsibilities related to corporate in-house legal practice. Pay will be commensurate with year in class and this internship may lead to a permanent in-house position.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare drafts of correspondence and research for various corporate and legal matters
- Assist with regulatory compliance (for example with the EU General Data Protection Regulation) and drafting policy documentation
- Work cooperatively to organize and compile company contracts for date based managed SharePoint integration project
- Assist in assembly and maintenance of corporate minute books of international and domestic subsidiaries
- Support with employment law matters and ongoing litigation, if any
- Assist with employment-based immigration documentation and processes
- Any additional projects as needed
The compensation for this position is $18 to $ $25 hourly. Base pay will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s location, education, job-related knowledge, skills and work experience.
