Paralegal needs 2- 5 years experience
Paralegal requires:
- Proficiency with MS Word, outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, AdobeSign, SharePoint;
- Detail-oriented, excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities.
Paralegal duties:
- Assist with administrative support for various projects and presentations, miscellaneous administrative tasks as requested.
- Provide paralegal administrative support to Corporate Secretary Paralegals and VP Associate GC.
- Project related tasks, filter, prioritize and distribute all forms of communication.
