You’ll take on substantive responsibilities from day one, working on complex cases while building your skills in legal analysis, strategy, and client service. An interest in employment law is welcome, and clerkship experience is a plus—but not required.

What we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting

• Admission to practice in Connecticut

• Excellent academic credentials

• Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
