This full-time, in-person position will be based in our Birmingham, Alabama, office. This position comes with a competitive salary, bonuses, and benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-value personal injury and medical malpractice cases from intake through verdict.
  • Develop and execute litigation strategy that moves the needle for clients.
  • Handle personal injury and medical malpractice discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial work with confidence and precision.
  • Mentor junior attorneys and support staff as part of a collaborative, high-performance team.
  • Negotiate with opposing counsel and insurers to secure top-tier results.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and must have an active bar license and be in good standing in either Alabama or Tennessee (depending on office location).
  • 10+ years of personal injury litigation experience (medical malpractice experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven courtroom success and a genuine love of trial work.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and case management skills.
  • A passion for helping people and doing work that matters.
