Position Summary:
TKO is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Paralegal, Employment to join its Legal team. This position will support the Employment Counsel across a wide range of Cross-border experience across the Americas employment law matters, including compliance, policy development, employee relations, investigations, and legal documentation. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in employment law, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive workplace issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and maintaining employment-related documents, including employment agreements, separation agreements, confidentiality agreements, policies, and independent contractor agreements, policy updates, preparation of training materials and internal guidance for HR and business.
- Manage outside counsel and compile information for internal investigations and litigation matters.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; track legal developments and prepare internal summaries as needed. Conduct preliminary legal research.
- Coordinate and maintain accurate documentation related to employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Help develop and manage internal processes for policy implementation, training coordination, and legal documentation workflows.
- Collaborate with HR and legal team members on compliance projects, audits, and litigation holds.
- Organize and maintain the employment law knowledge base and legal document repository.
- Respond to routine employment-related legal inquiries in partnership with Employment Counsel.
- Provide administrative and operational support on employment litigation, subpoenas, and agency charges (e.g., EEOC, DOL), including document collection and response coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate or J.D. (domestic or international) preferred.
- 4-5 years of experience supporting employment law matters, either in-house or at a law firm.
- Experience supporting employee relations, investigations, and policy compliance strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with employment laws such as FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, and local/state labor laws.

- Proficiency in Excel, Adobe; experience with document management systems is a plus.
- Strong understanding of U.S. labor and employment laws; exposure to Canadian and/or Latin American employment law is a plus

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
