Experienced Foreclosure Legal Assistant (NJ/PA Creditors' Rights)

Salary: $22.00 per hour

Location: Fairfield, NJ (In-Office with Hybrid Eligibility After Training)

NJ/PA Creditors Rights Law Firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our Creditors' Rights practice. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with prior foreclosure experience who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:

• First Legal 
• Service of Process 
• Motion Practice 
• Sheriff's Sales 
• Client Services 

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare legal documents for accuracy and compliance. 
• Coordinate with attorneys, courts, process servers, vendors, and clients. 
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. 
• Update internal case management systems and maintain accurate file documentation. 
• Respond professionally to client and vendor inquiries. 
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff to move files efficiently through the foreclosure process. 

Qualifications

• Prior foreclosure experience in a New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania creditors' rights law firm preferred. 
• Experience in First Legal, Service, Motion Practice, Sales, Client Services, or a related foreclosure department. 
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. 
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with foreclosure case management systems is a plus. 
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
