Discovery Associate Attorney ~ Entry Level

Overview: We have an opportunity for an entry level Associate Attorney to join our discovery team in Troy, Michigan.  When you join our team of legal professionals you can expect to be given significant responsibility and have immediate involvement with litigation matters. This position is hybrid and offers work from home and in-office workdays.

Skills / Qualifications: 

• Strong academic background
• Admitted to the Michigan Bar
• No litigation or case handling experience required
• Experience with legal research, writing, and Electronically Stored Information (ESI) is a plus, though not required for this position
• Understanding of current state and federal procedures
• Interest in discovery, including written discovery responses, depositions, meet and confers, motions, and production of small and large scale data
• Willingness to work on a team, to learn a growing area of the law, and advance professionally
