The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience practicing law, preferably, but not necessarily in foreclosure, the ability to organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, produce accurate and high-quality work product in a fast-paced volume-based environment. The candidate must be able to work independently and possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Newly barred attorneys welcome to apply.

Specific Job Responsibilities:
- Manage portfolio of loans during the pendency of the lawsuit
- Draft and review pleadings and correspondence during the pendency of a foreclosure action
- Attend court hearings and communicate with opposing counsel
- Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
- Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements, as applicable
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bar Membership in OH, KY preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills; strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate through both verbal and written electronic correspondence
- Demonstrate an excellent ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations
- Meticulous analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
Required Education and Training:
- Superior organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and efficiency
- Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control strongly preferred
- 2 years of experience practicing law in, preferably, but not necessarily in foreclosure
