The Opportunity
We are searching for a Social Media Strategist with a creative mindset and expertise in performance-driven social campaigns. This role prioritizes development of social content to maximize lead generation and brand building. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics to craft and execute strategic plans and branded content for use across platforms, ensuring continuous optimization and measurable results.
Accountable for
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with lead generation, brand building and communications priorities, adjusting as needed for optimal performance; set clear KPIs and use performance analytics to continually optimize results.
- Lead end-to-end paid campaign lifecycle: strategy, creative development, build, launch, optimization, and reporting.
- Create engaging organic content (static and video) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and others using tools like Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, and Premiere.
- Maintain a dynamic content calendar incorporating marketing initiatives, awareness moments, firm milestones, community events, and trending topics to drive relevance, consistency, and engagement.
- Oversee the firm’s reputation across all platforms—including review sites and social channels—ensuring consistent branding, tone, and messaging while addressing sensitive feedback with care when needed.
- Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly social performance metrics; analyze KPI trends to identify growth opportunities, guide strategy adjustments, and ensure continued campaign efficiency.
- Collaborate across Marketing, HR, and TA departments to support broader business objectives
Qualifications
- Creative design skills with experience in Adobe Acrobat, Canva, or Photoshop.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize paid campaigns when urgent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management, with 3+ years of strategic work and 1+ year(s) of people management experience.
- Portfolio that showcases your ability to create engaging content showcasing a well-defined and strategic brand voice.
- Proven expertise in paid and organic social media leadership with a focus on lead generation.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a bonus
- Strong analytics skills with proficiency in tools like Meta CAPI and social media analytics platforms.
- Ability to analyze data from social media analytics tools to inform strategy and execute those strategic plans.
- Experience with social listening tools to gauge audience sentiment and reputation management.
- Keen eye for quality, aesthetics and accuracy.
Compensation
- $85,000 - $125,000 depending on experience
