Full -Time, Hybrid Miramar Florida Personal Injury Litigation Attorney Opportunity - Base salary of $125,000 – $165,000

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Florida Personal Injury Litigation Attorney<\/b> for a full -time, hybrid opportunity<\/b> with one of our client firms.
<\/p>Attorney Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>
<\/h3>

• Manage personal injury cases from pre -litigation through litigation
  <\/li>
• Draft demand packages, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
  <\/li>
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
  <\/li>
• Negotiate with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel
  <\/li>
• Assist with case strategy and development
  <\/li>
• Collaborate with medical experts and other professionals to support claims
  <\/li>
• Handle EUOs, recorded statements, and related litigation tasks
  <\/li>
• Maintain communication with clients and ensure case progression
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Attorney Requirements:<\/b><\/span>
  <\/h3>

  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida
    <\/li>
  • 4–7+ years of personal injury experience
    <\/li>
  • Experience handling both pre -litigation and litigation matters
    <\/li>
  • Proven ability to negotiate and secure favorable outcomes
    <\/li>
  • Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
    <\/li>
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
    <\/li>
  • Highly organized and able to manage a high -volume caseload
    <\/li>
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Compensation:<\/b><\/span>

    • Base salary: $125,000 – $165,000<\/b>
