ย  In your day-to-day, you will ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ
  • Negotiate a variety of legal agreements, including NDAs, Master Repurchase Agreements (MRAs), Global Master Repurchase Agreements (GMRAs), and potentially ISDA agreements.
  • Draft, review, and manage other legal contracts and potentially more complex legal documents, such as those related to investment funds.
  • Work with the counterparty onboarding team to triage and negotiate MRAs/GMRAs and manage onboarding information.
  • Handle administrative legal duties, including overseeing filings and ensuring documents are current.
  • Support project management for legal matters by organizing information, tracking progress, and providing status updates.
  • Ensure all contractual work aligns with the company's risk profile and internal policies
ย  Skills you have ๐Ÿš€ย 
  • A legal degree from an accredited institution.
  • Legal training and a strong understanding of U.S. law, specifically New York law.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in contract negotiation and drafting, ideally within financial markets or fixed income.
  • Outstanding English drafting and writing skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Strong attention to detailย

  • Direct experience negotiating Master Repurchase Agreements (MRAs), Global Master Repurchase Agreements (GMRAs), and/or ISDA Master Agreements.
  • Experience with legal documentation related to investment funds.
  • Intellectual curiosity with a desire to learn new types of contracts and understand both their legal and commercial terms.
