A dynamic NYC firm is seeking a skilled Commercial Real Estate Attorney to handle transactions across various property types.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing for commercial properties.
- Draft and negotiate contracts and other transaction documents.
- Advise clients on regulatory, compliance, and tax-deferred strategies like 1031 exchanges.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing complex commercial real estate deals, including 1031 exchanges.
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
- Admission to the NY bar.
