The Opportunity
We're seeking a motivated Corporate M&A Associate to join one of our esteemed clients in their Philadelphia office. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-profile business and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex commercial transactions, while collaborating with a national practice group.

What You'll Do

• Draft and Negotiate: Prepare and negotiate transactional documents for M&A, joint ventures, and other complex commercial deals.
• Collaborate with Clients: Work directly with clients to provide exceptional legal services and build strong professional relationships.
• Contribute to Growth: Support and help grow a nationally recognized Corporate M&A practice.
• Drive Strategic Transactions: Engage in sophisticated legal matters that require innovation and precision.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: At least 5 years of business and transactional law experience, including M&A and complex commercial transactions.
• Education: J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• Bar Admission: Pennsylvania bar admission required.
• Skills:
  • Strong legal writing, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with ambition and drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.
