Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sale and loan documents, including settlement statements.
- Collaborate with attorneys on all aspects of real estate closings.
- Communicate with clients and other parties to gather information and coordinate all closing activities.
- Supervise support staff and assist with disbursements and post-closing processes.
- Prepare title commitments, proformas, and title insurance policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree required).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a real estate paralegal or closer, specifically in commercial real estate.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in computer systems relevant to real estate transactions.
