Position Overview:
Our client is a small, well-established commercial real estate law firm in the Central Perimeter area seeks a full-time Paralegal/Closer to manage a high volume of closings for a busy transactional law practice.


They are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of closing experience in commercial real estate transactions. In return, they offer a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans.

Compensation:
Our client offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $65,000 to $75,000, commensurate with your experience, education, certifications, and skill set. This reflects a strong commitment to attracting top-tier talent for this pivotal role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare sale and loan documents, including settlement statements.
  • Collaborate with attorneys on all aspects of real estate closings.
  • Communicate with clients and other parties to gather information and coordinate all closing activities.
  • Supervise support staff and assist with disbursements and post-closing processes.
  • Prepare title commitments, proformas, and title insurance policies.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree required).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a real estate paralegal or closer, specifically in commercial real estate.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer systems relevant to real estate transactions.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Additional Skills: Deadline-driven and able to handle a high-paced environment efficiently.
