The selectee of this position serves as a Supervisory Management & Program Analyst. You will be responsible for overseeing the division's budget formulation and execution, controls funding for TOD program offices, and provides administrative support to senior division management.
Duties As a Supervisory Management & Program Analyst at the GS-0343- 15 level, some of your typical work assignments may include:
-Serves as the Chief of the Office of Resources Management (ORM).
-Expert advisor, program manager, and analyst to the Assistant Director (SES) and Deputy Assistant Director.
-Provides the TOD Senior Management with objectively based information for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of USMS tactical operations and management.
-Responsible for special projects and assignments.

GS-15 TIME IN GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-14 grade level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-15 grade level. (Must submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade. No award SF-50 will be accepted).
You may qualify at the GS-0343-15 level, if you fulfill one of the following qualifications:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service that demonstrates your ability:
1. Advise senior executive leadership on strategic planning, organizational management, policy development, and resource allocation.
2. Direct enterprise-level administrative, operational, financial, and resource management programs.
3. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to improve organizational effectiveness and operational performance.
4. Lead budget formulation and execution, workforce planning, contract oversight, and resource allocation for complex programs.
5. Supervise professional employees and manage organizational performance.
