
Our small-to-medium-sized plaintiff’s personal injury law firm maintains a nationwide practice, with attorneys licensed in multiple states. We regularly consider candidates for both remote roles and in-person positions at our Bel Air, Maryland office. Our firm handles a wide range of personal injury practice areas, including motor vehicle collision, nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, premises liability, product liability, and medical device claims.
The job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, intaking new clients, drafting and following up on new client paperwork, communicating with clients to gather or provide information, ordering and following up on medical records, reviewing medical records, assisting with preparation of demand packages, coordinating with providers and lienholders, and managing deadlines and case-related tasks. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask, stay organized, and pay close attention to detail. Strong communication skills and empathy in client interactions are essential. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
