A well-respected family law firm based in Beaverton OR is seeking a qualified Family Law Attorney to join their firm. They are dedicated to providing exceptional legal services in all areas of family law. Responsibilities:
- Provide representation to clients on a range of family law matters including divorce, parenting plans, spousal support, child support, and property division among others.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediation, and trial.
- Draft and argue motions.
- Strategically manage family law cases from start to finish.
- Communicate effectively with clients, judges, and opposing attorneys.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position will exceed that of similarly sized firms and be competitive with larger firm compensation.. Benefits available with this position include participation in the company's 401(k) plan and flexible paid time off.
Qualifications:
- Actively licensed to practice in OR State.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in family law is preferred.
- Familiarity with the court systems in Washington, Multnomah and Clackamas County.
- New bar admittees will be considered under special circumstances.
