Our Organization and Mission: The Office represents the State of Florida in state and federal civil and criminal courts, from trial courts to the Supreme Court of the United States.
This is a highly responsible position involving coordinating and carrying out the full life cycle of the recruitment process within the Attorney General's Office. Specifically, this position plays a critical role in meeting hiring goals by recruiting talented and qualified candidates for open positions within Florida’s chief law firm. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, communicating with hiring managers, and expediting the hiring process, all while maximizing candidate experience. This position will represent the HR agency at in person and virtual job fairs. The successful candidate will also have the ability to network and build relationships with feeder organizations such as university career offices, law schools, and state employment agencies.
DutiesThis position’s duties include but not limited to the following:
Salary- $50,000.08/year
- Six (6) years of professional experience in systems analysis, management analysis, programming planning, program research, program evaluation, engineering or administrative work; or
- A bachelor's degree and two (2) years of professional experience in systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, program evaluation, engineering or administrative work.
- A master's degree can substitute for one (1) year of the required experience.
Preference may be given to applicants who have prior Florida state personnel experience.
