Roebuck Law Firm is a leading personal injury law firm in Las Vegas, Nevada, dedicated to providing compassionate and efficient service to our clients. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our team. The Intake Specialist will be the first point of contact for potential clients and will play a crucial role in shaping their experience with our firm.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial client interviews to gather information on personal injury cases.
- Evaluate information and determine the eligibility of potential clients for our services.
- Provide clear and empathetic communication with clients, ensuring their understanding of the intake process.
- Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and inquiries.
- Schedule follow-up appointments for clients with attorneys and case managers as needed.
- Assist clients in completing necessary documentation and forms.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the legal team to streamline the intake process and improve client engagement.
- Stay up-to-date on personal injury law and firm processes to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements
- Strong skills in customer service and communication, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a legal or medical setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information responsibly.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
