Lien Coordinator and Attorney Relations

Lakeside Spine & Pain

Lakeside Spine & Pain is seeking a driven, organized, and personable Lien Coordinator to manage our personal injury lien cases, support patients and attorney offices, and help grow our attorney referral network.
This role combines case coordination, administrative work, patient service, and relationship development. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, learns quickly, is comfortable with technology, and follows through.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate lien cases from initial referral through treatment and account resolution.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, attorneys, paralegals, and law office staff.
  • Prepare, track, and organize lien agreements, intake paperwork, medical records requests, and other case documents.
  • Schedule patient appointments, coordinate follow-up care, and help patients stay on track with treatment.
  • Communicate case updates and respond promptly to patient and attorney office inquiries.
  • Work with our clinical, front desk, and billing teams to keep documentation and case information accurate and current.
  • Track outstanding lien accounts and coordinate with billing and attorney offices regarding case status and payment.
  • Develop relationships with local attorney offices through outreach, office visits, and consistent follow-up to generate new patient referrals.
  • Identify ways to improve workflows, the patient experience, and referral growth.
  • Handle confidential patient and case information with professionalism and discretion.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidence using computers, electronic records, spreadsheets, email, and scheduling systems.
  • Professionalism when working with patients, legal offices, and medical staff.
  • Comfort making introductions, visiting attorney offices, and building referral relationships.
  • A willingness to learn and take ownership of the role.
Experience in a legal office, medical practice, personal injury case management, or lien coordination is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who demonstrates initiative, sound judgment, and a strong work ethic.
