About the Role


We’re seeking an experienced Contested Litigation Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our contested foreclosure, eviction, and litigation support teams. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in a deadline-driven legal environment and is committed to accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client service.


You’ll oversee a team of paralegals, legal assistants, and support staff while driving process improvements, ensuring quality, and serving as the primary escalation point for complex litigation matters.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily operations for the contested litigation department
  • Serve as the main escalation contact for clients and internal teams
  • Conduct due diligence on new referrals and escalated matters
  • Develop and maintain departmental procedures based on client and regulatory updates
  • Manage workload distribution, staffing, and resource planning
  • Track KPIs, quality metrics, and client scorecard performance
  • Conduct quality reviews and implement corrective actions
  • Train, coach, and evaluate Supervisors and team members
  • Drive process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Represent the department in client calls, audits, and leadership meetings
  • Partner with HR and Senior Management on hiring and performance management
  • Lead or support special projects as assigned


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of foreclosure and/or litigation support experience
  • 5+ years in a supervisory or management role
  • Strong understanding of litigation workflows and court-driven timelines
  • Proven leadership skills in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Experience with client scorecards, compliance, and quality assurance
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and improve workflows
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Perfect Practice or similar systems preferred
